LOW STUDENT TO TEACHER RATIO:
At Akiva, students deserve and receive attention from their teachers. Our classes rarely exceed 15 students and we have some as small as five.

VALUES-DRIVEN:
Through the study of Hebrew, Judaica and the Bible, our students develop an understanding of values and religion. While our Jewish students develop a love of being Jewish, our non-Jewish students garner invaluable knowledge about the Bible and living a Spiritual life.

COMPASSION AND DISCIPLINE:
At Akiva Academy, our teachers and administrators embrace our students. While public schools have to adhere to many rules, our fundamental rule is: Every child needs love and understanding. We provide a safe and caring environment in which every child can thrive.

TOP-NOTCH FACILITIES:
From use of an attached indoor swimming pool to a computer lab and tennis courts, Akiva may be the best-equipped school in the area. We have Internet access in every classroom.

* * * Akiva students consistently score among the highest in the state and nation on standardized tests.* * *

* * * Families are an integral part of Akiva. We welcome and encourage parental involvement in all aspects of the school.* * *

* * * Akiva students participate in the full range of after-school activities offered through the JCC, including childcare. Akiva also has a Computer Club and a Science Club, offered as extra in response to the request of our students and families.* * *
